DURAFIBER Ag is an absorbent, non-woven, silver-containing antimicrobial gelling fibre dressing.
The dressing is composed of cellulose ethyl sulphonate fibres and is designed to absorb wound exudate.
On contact with wound fluid, the dressing forms a soft gel that helps lock exudate away from the wound.

This helps create a moist wound healing environment while assisting with exudate management.
The ionic silver provides antimicrobial activity against a broad spectrum of common wound pathogens, helping reduce bacterial bioburden and infection risk.
The high wet strength of the dressing helps support removal in one piece, reducing trauma and discomfort during dressing changes.
