What is Incontinence?

Yes. Conticare is a registered NDIS continence aid provider and supports self-managed, plan-managed, and agency-managed NDIS participants. Orders can be placed via invoice to your plan manager or support coordinator, or placed via the NDIS portal after the service agreement is completed.
Yes. Conticare's incontinence pads, pants and underwear fit discreetly under everyday clothing. They use slim, contoured designs and soft materials that keep bulk and noise down. Many options also include odour control, secure leg cuffs and breathable fabrics, so you can stay comfortable and protected at work, on the go, or at home.
Washable underwear and bed protectors should be machine laundered per the product care label and air-dried or tumble-dried on low heat to preserve waterproof backing. Replace items if absorbency declines, elastic loosens, or visible damage appears.
Keep skin healthy by using pH-balanced wipes and barrier creams after each change, and consider alternating between two or three spare washable items to extend product lifespan and maintain comfort.

Returns need approval — unopened items in resaleable condition can be returned within 14 days of dispatch in line with Conticare's shipping and returns policy. A 15% restocking fee applies to most approved returns.
